All Department of Trouble products are created with care. No dusty warehouse shelves, just fresh drops.

Production Timeline

  • Standard items: 2-5 business days to produce
  • Complex prints: 3-7 business days to produce
  • High-volume periods: May add 1-2 business days

Shipping Rates

We pass through carrier rates exactly as charged by UPS and USPS. No hidden fees, no “handling charges,” just the real shipping cost. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

Estimated Delivery Times (after production)

  • Standard US: 5-10 business days
  • Express US: 2-4 business days
  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 7-14 business days
  • Australia: 10-20 business days

Fulfillment Locations

We operate fulfillment centers in the US, EU, and other regions. Your order will be produced at the facility closest to your shipping address whenever possible, reducing both delivery time and environmental impact.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the facility. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your door.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and Ireland. Additional countries may be available at checkout.
